Services

We have the capacity to serve 100 VIP clients simultaneously, offering services:

  • Wi-Fi
  • TV
  • Aperitif
  • Beverages and alcoholic beverages
  • Bathrooms
  • Access for people with reduced mobility
  • Flight information
  • We accept digital membership cards
  • No smoking
Terms of use
  • Access may be restricted due to space limitations and the right is reserved to reserve availability as necessary.
  • Entry is allowed 3 hours before the boarding time of the scheduled flight.
  • Maximum stay of 3 hours.
  • Alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, whiskey, rum and vodka) are available from 14:00 p.m. daily.
  • All meals and drinks must be consumed inside the room.
  • Free entry for children under 7 years old. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Membership holders are advised to review the full access conditions before visiting. VIP Room does not have access to personal and confidential information.
  • Only the cardholder can use the membership, memberships are personal and non-transferable.

This works as a complementary service if you are a member of:

  • Collinson Group: (Priority Pass - Lounge Key – Lounge pass)
  • Dragon Pass
  • KLM (Business Class) – “Lounge included” ticket
  • Edelweiss (Business Class)
  • Plus Ultra (Business Class)

All passengers can enter the VIP Lounge for a complementary value of:

  • US$ 30 or COP $115.000
  • If you do not have a membership, the entry fee is 30 USD, the value in Colombian pesos (COP) is subject to the TRM of the day.

The maximum time of use of the VIP Room is 3 hours. If you wish to enjoy this space for longer, after 3 hours you must register again and a new surcharge will be generated.
