Cartagena, March 24, 2024 – OINAC, International Operator of the Cartagena de Indias Airport, categorically rejects the bad practices that some external actors carry out against tourists arriving in the city. These practices, such as charging excessive fees for transportation services or offering unauthorized services, negatively affect the visitor experience and damage the image of Cartagena as a tourist destination.

In order to guarantee the well-being of airport users and visitors, OINAC as a new concessionaire invites all our passengers to take the taxi service that is regulated by the airport at the station located inside the air terminal. OINAC reiterates its commitment to the sustainable development of tourism in Cartagena and to the protection of tourists' rights. The company will continue to work with the corresponding authorities.
